Popcorn Chicken Recipe

Hi everyone!
I'm so excited to show my favourite dish for you, 85% of indians love chicken recipes. Here too, I'm gonna show you recipe made use of chicken!

A Simple Popcorn Chicken Recipe!


Ingredients:


Chicken
Egg (3)
Pepper (2tbsp)
Chilly powder (2tbsp)
Turmeric powder (2tbsp)
Cumin powder (1tbsp)
Coriander powder (1tbsp)
Lemon (1/2)
Garlic (minsed)
Bread crumbs
Salt
Oil

Making:

Step1:

Clean up the chicken pieces and take it in a separate bowl.

Step2:

Add the spices, chilly powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, minsed garlic, pepper and salt to marinate for 1 hour.

Step3:

Take bread crumbs in a bowl to do mixture with spices (it's very simple to make bread crumbs i.e., grind the rusk pieces or you can take rava instead of it). Whatever it is, add pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder into the bread crumbs and mix it well. Then keep it aside.

Step4:

Take eggs in a bowl and beat it nicely. Now take of three mixture bowls to make use for fry.

Step 5:

Heat an oil in a pan, then roll the chicken pieces in bread crumps mixture followed by beated eggs, make a deep fry. Now you're ready with awesome popcorn chicken pieces, definitely it'll tempted you to try this recipe!

Vendakkai Pulikulambu


Hi everyone, this is one of my favorite recipe, as you may all know meals always have variety of gravies, this is one in that. It gives yumm!! taste meal time, pleasant smell makes temper us to taste, yeah! I’m gonna tell you the making of puli kulambu using ladiesfinger named as “Vendakkai Puli kulambu”

Yummy Vendakkai Pulikulambu with rice

Ingredients:

Oil
Mustard seed
Coriander leaves
Sambar Onion (2)
Tomato (4)
Chilly powder (1 1/2 tbsp)
Turmeric powder (1/2 tbsp)
Coiander powder (1/2 tbsp)
Ladiesfinger (Vendakkai) (8 Nos)
Ginger garlic paste
Asafoetida powder
Tamarind (small size as lemon)
Salt

Making:


Step1:


Add oil in a pan to fry ladiesfinger until the brownish presence appear.

Step2:


Chop onion in slice and cut the tomato in small size piece. Add the oil in a heated pan and then add mustard seed,  coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste into it.

Step3:


Add chopped piece of onion in frying pan (also add small pinch of salt to make onion spice in taste). Then add tomato after the onion crispier (while you can add pinch of salt for tomato to cook well)

Step4:


After it cooks well, add fried ladiesfinger before, mix it well.

Step5:


Then add spices, asafoetida & remaining salt as much needed into it, Stir it in mild flame. Then add tamarind water as much quantity needed. Leave it to boil. After thick content appears, you're ready with recipe. Serve it with appalam, gives awesome taste!

Bombay Toast - Appetizer


Hey! here I've given 2 minutes simple recipe everybody loves it, because all willing to consumes time with better cooking item, when crispy awesome added to your breakfast, no one will skip. I had really made this for you!

2minutes Making of Bombay Toast Appetizer!

Ingredients:

Milk - 1/2 litre
Egg - 2
Ghee - 50 gm
Sugar (Required amount )
Bread - Large (Avoid bakery bread as it will be so soft)
Coriander leaves (Garnish)

Making:

Step1:

Boil the milk , beat two eggs nicely until the foam occurs and then stir the milk and egg together with sugar.

Step2:

Sugar can be powdered too (no prob).

Step3:

Then apply ghee on pan, dip the bread in the stirred milk and then put it in pan, toast the bread until the light brown occurs.

Step4:

Add coriander leaves over it to garnish. Now you are ready with successful appetizer. It is best to serve with tomato sauce!

Tips: sugar can be powdered and also beat the egg nicely to avoid the smell of egg.

Gluten Free Samosa Recipe



A simple dish that makes awful in taste! A traditional spicy recipes always passed out to child, parents and grand parents. My favourite dish is Vegetable Samosa, it adds spicy and crispy of evening snacks. As it embed with peas and begging to be dipped in chutney.

Ingredients:

2 Potatoes
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1 Onion
1/2 cup Green peas boiled
4 Rice paper rolls
1 tablespoon Garam masala powder
Salt to taste

Making:

Step1:

Peel, Dice and boil the potatoes and mash it. 
Source

Step2:

Heat up pan and add oil, cumin seed, chopped onion. Cook until soft!

Step3:

Blend cooked spicy onion, spices, salt with potato and also add boiled peas. Keep aside. 

Step4:

Place rice paper and add the mixture of potato at centre, fold from the ends and make it uncovered. Pour the oil over it to cook well in oven for 425 F.


Step5:

Follow the above for all mixture, now you are ready with tastier samosa. best for evening snacks.
